KIDNEY INFECTION is a bacteria infection resulting from a decreased flow of urine through the urinary tract combined with an overgrowth of bacteria, leading to stagnation and infection.

  • Increase fluid intake.
  • Increase the intake of garlic, cranberries, plums, vinegar, and lentils--all inhibit the growth of bacteria.
