Avoid foods and other factors associated with migraines - i.e., tuna, cheese, yogurt, beer mackerel, alcohol, processed meats, coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, nuts, MSG, stress, eyestrain, muscle tension, hormonal changes, weather changes, too much / too little sleep.
- Increase fluid intake
