How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

Money-back Guarantee

· Opened bottled product sold directly by OHS within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (cost of the product, not the handling and shipping fees).

· Unopened bottled product sold directly by OHS within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

· 50% refund on unopened product up to six(6) months of the purchase date.

· Customer must provide invoice number on which the returned product was purchased.

· Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If an item is missing, damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact a Sales Representative immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us may qualify for product credit or a refund.

After 180 days--no refunds of any kind. This applies to opened and unopened bottles, and includes both partial and/or full refunds.
