  • Increase intake of fluids, soy, and omega-3 fatty acids.
  • Try pygeum africanum (50 mf. a day )
  • Wear boxer shorts.
  • Increase vitamin E intake (greens, sunflower seeds, sweet potato, wheat germ, oats).
  • Avoid smoking and reduce the intake of medications that may increase infertility: antihypertensives, antineoplastics, and anti-inflammatory drugs.
