  • Avoid foods and other factors associated with migraines - i.e., tuna, cheese, yogurt, beer mackerel, alcohol, processed meats, coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, nuts, MSG, stress, eyestrain, muscle tension, hormonal changes, weather changes, too much / too little sleep.
  • Increase fluid intake
  • Increase Omega-3 fatty acids (tuna, flaxseed).
  • Remove food allergens from diet.
  • Try ginger and red peppers.
  • Try massage and acupuncture.
