  • Increase intake of calcium (soy, raw cheese, salmon, almonds, raw milk, yogurt, spinach, trout).
  • Avoid foods / habits that deplete calcium (smoking, coffee, tea, carbonation, salt, high fat diets, high protein diets, alcohol).
