We offer several delivery options and rates for domestic shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Exact shipping fees apply to all orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories as well as International and Expedited orders.
Standard Shipping - $7.95
Please allow 7-10 business days from ship date for delivery.
Shipped according to the best rate as determined by our system.
We use USPS as our primary standard service carrier, but packages may also ship via UPS and FedEx.
Note: We are unable to deliver to General Delivery addresses.
Note: Applies to shipments made in the continental United States, thus excluding those to Alaska, Canada, Hawaii, & US Territories.
Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and International - EXACT Shipping
Applies to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Mariana Islands, Palau, the Virgin Islands, Canada and International Shipping.
Please allow up to 10 business days from the ship date for delivery.
Note: Remote locations may take longer than 10 business days, due to varying delivery schedules in the area.
Additional Delivery Options
3rd Day, 2nd Day, or Overnight shipping is ONLY available through UPS within the contiguous 48 states.
Orders received after 12:00 PM (MST) will ship the following business day.
UPS does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays unless confirmed through a phone call with us.
Not available for PO boxes or outside the contiguous 48 states.

Shipping insurance can be added protection for your valuable shipments. Should your package be damaged, lost, or delivered to the wrong address Optimal Health Systems will replace your order within 5 business days of the expected delivery date.
Packages that show delivered under the carriers tracking system will not be covered under the shipping insurance program. This includes stolen packages.
- Opened bottled product sold directly by OHS within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (cost of the product, not the handling and shipping fees).
- Unopened bottled product sold directly by OHS within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
- 50% refund on unopened product up to six(6) months of the purchase date.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Customer must provide invoice number on which the returned product was purchased. Items must then be returned within a 30-day period for a refund to be issued.
- If an item is missing, damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact a Sales Representative immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us may qualify for an immediate refund.
After 180 days – no refunds of any kind. This applies to opened and unopened bottles, and includes both partial and/or full refunds.
