The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Optimal Health Systems, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and persons living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to participate.
The Giveaway begins on July 3, 2026 and ends on July 7, at 11:59 PM MST (the "Entry Period"). All entries must be received during the Entry Period to be eligible. Entries received after the Entry Period will not be considered.
There are three (3) methods of entry available. Each eligible participant may earn amaximum of three (3) total entries during the Entry Period, regardless of the method(s) used. Additional purchases or actions beyond those described below will not earn additional entries.
Entry Method 1 — Social Media Engagement (Free, 1 Entry) During the Entry Period, visit the official Giveaway post on the Optimal Health Systems Instagram account (@OHS4life) and complete all three of the following actions:• Like the Giveaway post• Comment on the Giveaway post with your favorite OHS supplement• Follow the @OHS4life Instagram accountCompleting all three actions earns one (1) entry. Partial completion (e.g., liking withoutcommenting or following) does not qualify as a valid entry.
Entry Method 2 — Story Repost (Free, 1 Entry)During the Entry Period, repost the official Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag@OHS4life in the story. This earns one (1) additional entry. Your Instagram account must bepublic or you must send a screenshot of the story to @OHS4life via Instagram DM forverification.
Entry Method 3 — Purchase OR Free Online Form (Free, 1 Entry)Participants may earn one (1) additional entry by completing either of the followingoptions (not both):Option A — Purchase: Make a purchase of any value on the Optimal Health Systemswebsite during the Entry Period using discount code FREEDOM at checkout. One (1) entrywill be awarded per participant regardless of the number of purchases made or the totalamount spent. Multiple purchases do not earn multiple entries.Option B — Free Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE): Visit ohs4life.com/giveaway and complete the online entry form by providing your name and email address. One (1) entry will be awarded. This free method of entry provides the same single entry as Option A above.Participants may choose Option A or Option B for Entry Method , but not both. Regardless of which option is selected, only one (1) entry is awarded for Entry Method.
Each eligible participant may earn a maximum of three (3) entries total:• One (1) entry from Entry Method• One (1) entry from Entry Method• One (1) entry from Entry Method (Option A or Option B)All entries carry equal weight in the random drawing. On July 8, 2026, two (2) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among alleligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by theSponsor or its designated representative. Odds of winning depend on the total number ofeligible entries received.Limit one (1) prize per person/household. Once a participant is selected as a winner, allremaining entries from that participant will be removed from the pool before the secondwinner is drawn. No individual may win more than one (1) prize in this Giveaway.

Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message and/or email within approximatelytwenty-four (24) hours of the drawing. Each winner must respond to the notification within seventy-two (72) hours of the message being sent to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond within seventy-two (72) hours, that winner forfeits the prize and an alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.Winners may be required to provide a valid mailing address for prize delivery. Sponsor isnot responsible for any change of contact information or failure to receive the notificationmessage.
By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisionsof the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. Sponsor reserves the right todisqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner.Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend theGiveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond Sponsor's control impairs theintegrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Optimal Health Systems, its officers,directors, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims,damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from or related to participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.Sponsor is not responsible for: (a) lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or unintelligibleentries; (b) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunctions of anycomputer, network, telephone, electronic, or internet connectivity issues; (c) any injury ordamage to participant's or any other person's computer or device related to or resultingfrom participation in the Giveaway; or (d) any printing or typographical errors in anymaterials associated with the Giveaway.
Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor's privacy policy. Personalinformation will be used for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, includingcontacting winners and delivering prizes. Sponsor will not sell or share participantinformation with third parties for marketing purposes unrelated to this Giveaway.
Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt of a prize. Winners may be required to provide a valid Social Security Number or Taxpayer Identification Number for tax reporting purposes if the prize value meets or exceeds IRS reporting thresholds.
Except where prohibited, participants agree that any and all disputes arising out of orrelating to this Giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of classaction, and shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to itsconflict of law provisions.
