Opened bottled product with at least half of the product remaining that is sold directly by OHS, may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund within reason (cost of the product may be refunded, not the handling and shipping fees). If we receive empty bottles, containers, or bags, we won't be able to process your return and you will not be eligible for a refund.
Unopened bottled products sold directly by OHS may be returned within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.
All Sales are Final on Test Kits (Optimal DNA, PlasticTest, etc). No return or refund once shipped.
After 90 days – no refunds of any kind. This applies to opened and unopened products, and includes both partial or full refunds.
If a return is granted on a sale item, a return would be done at the discounted cost paid.

If you have purchased a product through your health professional, please reach out to them for guidance on returning the product or receiving a refund.
Once we receive your return, assess the returned product with our quality control team, and determine that your return qualifies for a refund, you will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind our hours of operation are Monday-Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4:30pm AZ time. Depending on your bank, you should receive your refund within 3-5 business days from when the refund was initiated. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@optimalhealthsystems.com.
We do not send a confirmation email of the refund unless requested by the customer.

If you have an opened product that is close to the end of the 30-day return window and you are worried that the product will not be returned to us within the 30 day return window, please contact our team so we can make a note that your product is on its way back to us. We will honor your return as long as all other conditions are met.
Please note that returns will need to be sent to our return address. We ask that you include your name and email inside the package so that we can look up your account and process the return efficiently. If the packing slip from the original order or the order number is able to be provided, we also ask that it is included as well.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless OHS is at fault or an exception is made through our Customer Success Manager.
Items must be returned within 30-days of contacting our Customer Success about a refund.
For in-store pickups that do not include Custom Paks, customers have 3 days to pick up their order. If the order is not collected within 3 days, the order will be canceled and refunded to the original payment method.
For in-store pickups that include a Custom Pak, customers have 4 weeks to collect their order after receiving notification that it's ready. Due to limited storage space, uncollected Custom Pak orders will be considered abandoned after 4 weeks and no refund will be given. We will also deactivate any active subscriptions associated with the abandoned order before the renewal date to prevent further automatic charges.
