Shipping policy

Shipping Information

  • Processing time for all orders is up to 48 hours. We do our best to ship as soon as possible, but reserve up to 48 hours for processing all orders.

  • All customized orders are subject to an additional 24 hours processing time. Custom order processing time is up to 72 hours for processing. All Sales are Final on Customized products (such as Custom Health Paks) and can not be canceled or refunded after the order is placed due to the customized nature of the product.

  • All shipping times and date estimates are made by the carrier. We do not make any shipping time frame guarantees and estimates are only estimates and not guarantees. Please contact the carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS) with the provided tracking number on the order confirmation for more information.

  • PO Box delivery is not available outside the contiguous 48 states.


Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation of orders is possible, but not guaranteed up until the order is fulfilled by our shipping department.

  • Fulfilled Orders are not eligible for cancellation

 

Shipping FAQs

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?

  • We offer a standard shipping rate of $7.95. Standard Shipping is our choice of carrier.

  • All other shipping options are calculated on the size of your order and the delivery location.

  • All orders are subject to up to 48 hours of processing time before shipment.


What are my payment choices?

  • During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you.


What is the return policy?


Delivery Options

  • We offer several delivery options and rates for both Domestic and International shipments. Local pickup is available at our Store Headquarters for customers residing in Graham County Arizona.


Shipping Insurance

  • We Highly recommend shipping insurance! If shipping insurance was purchased, your package is fully covered. In the event of loss or damage. The customer must first contact the carrier directly to inquire about the package's whereabouts. After doing so, please inform us, and we will then file the claim and dispatch a replacement. If Shipping Insurance is not purchased, no replacement will be provided due to damage, loss, wrong address, etc.

  • For orders without shipping insurance, we still offer some protection. Should an issue arise, the customer must first contact the carrier directly to inquire about the package's whereabouts. Once you have done so, please contact our customer service for further instructions.

  • Packages delivered to the correct address on the order within the carrier's tracking system will not be covered under this program. This includes stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

 

Local Pickup

  • We offer local pickup to residents of Graham County. If you are not able to pick up your order within 3 days at the OHS Headquarters in Pima, AZ, please do not choose Pick Up as your delivery method. Your order will be canceled and refunded. The only exception to this is Custom Items (See below)

  • Customized Items (such as Custom Paks) will be held for up to 4 weeks at our Pima, AZ store.

  • Subscription Orders: Failure to pick up Subscription orders with Customized Items within 4 weeks will result in disabled subscriptions. Restarting a subscription after disabling may incur additional costs.

  • Notification: We'll remind you about your order, but it's your responsibility to pick up or communicate with us.
