Once your blood biomarkers and lab work results are ready, your report will be emailed to you. We will automatically update your monthly Health Pak to include all of the exact whole food nutrients your results tell us you need to reach optimal health.
After your first month, you will automatically receive a monthly subscription of your own customized Health Pak containing 60 packets with 7 customized supplements, specific to your needs as determined by your results, for only $140 month. Every 6 months, we will send a reminder to renew your lab work. These labs are optional but are the best way to provide you with objective proof that your supplementation plan is working. 1. Purchase Nutrients Rx Blood Work & Questionnaire from nutrientsrx.com/get-started by inserting your Health Professional's information or by using Optimal Health Systems as your referral. Another way to purchase is from receiving a Direct Script from your Health Professional.
After purchasing, your 1st supplement Pak (The Optimal Health Pak) and a bottle of Optimal Digestion will be sent to you to get you started on your health journey while we progress through the rest of the steps! This also sets up your monthly subscription for your future Custom Nutrients Rx Paks with paired bottles of Optimal Digestion.
2. You will get an email to register your Nutrients Rx account. After that, a following email will be sent to confirm your email address.
3. You will then have access to the Nutrients Rx Portal! In there, please fill out your personal information (i.e. Name, DOB, Height, and Weight) and then complete the Questionnaire.
4. For your blood and lab work:
a. Go to your Portal at https://portal.nutrientsrx.comb. Download the PSC Hold PDF from your Dashboard. This is your blood request form called Patient Service Center (PSC) Hold.c. Print off your PSC Hold PDF.d. Search for a Quest Diagnostics lab near you by clicking “Find a Testing Location.”e. On the new page, search for a lab testing location using your ZIP code to find and schedule an appointment.f. On the day of your appointment, be sure to take your printed PSC Hold PDF.
5. After your blood and lab testing is done, please wait 14-16 business days for us to receive your results from the lab, review them, create your comprehensive Health Report, and build your Custom Health Pak.
6. When your results are ready, you will receive an email that will let you know that your Health Report is ready for you to download and review from your Nutrients Rx Portal.
7. At this point, your Custom Health Pak has been updated to include the exact set of nutrients that your body needs. Each month, we will automatically send you a refill of your custom supplement paks, so you never have to stress over reordering or running out.
8. Simply take one packet morning and evening every day of the custom pak and work to improve your lifestyle to help your body have the health changes you desire!
9. At six months, we’ll send you a reminder email to update your Questionnaire and retest your blood work. This ensures that your needs are continually being met and that you can see the data on how your health is improving. If changes to your supplement paks are needed from your new results, we’ll adjust automatically to ensure you the best results.
10. After renewing blood work, you can easily compare previous results side-by-side to the new ones so that you can know you are lowering your risk for disease, increasing your energy, and achieving optimal health.
