I have been using this product since 2018 and find it to he the best. I have Stage 3 Colorectal cancer and my Naturopath Doctor Joel Robbns, started me on this product in October, 2018. The have refined the flavor to be more palatable since that time, The only reason I gave it a 4 star rating is that I can't ger anyone to return my calls AND the price has gone up from $59.00 to a staggering $89.00 which is more expensive than most others on the market though the product is exceptional.

Have used it for many yrs. Start my day with it. Always add celery, banana& another fruit. Great & all I have before going to play tennis. It has pretty much destroyed my sweet tooth & has been a big asset in not fighting a wt. issue. Have told so many people about products & Optimal Health! Using products for over 20 yrs.

My family loves this product for its nutritious ingredients, taste and versatility. I often have a smoothie for breakfast, and I change up ingredients daily. It blends well so many different ways (peanut butter and cocoa powder, avocado and fruit, banana and coconut milk, etc). We also often drink it post workouts or as a mid day snack. Excellent product. Delicious, packed with nutrition, and satisfying.

I am still using Complete Nutrition Plus and do find it effective at meal replacement/curbing hunger cravings. I am not impressed with the taste.
The taste is amazing. The results are astounding and it’s only my second week of drinking it. The level of energy offered is mind blowing. I’ve recommended it to others that are looking for a whole food supplement with real results. I’ll definitely be purchasing again when it runs out.

My husband and I love this product; we have been taking Optimal for over 15 years now, maybe even longer! we have been on the autoship program forever! Little disappointed that they removed the 20% autoship discount and may have to consider some other options. I understand that times change, however as long standing customers I would have thought that we would have been given some other options as the discount was a huge incentive.
It's filling and a complete protein meal. I like to add orange extract, cinnamon and ginger for an optimal taste that is delicious :yum:
